    There is no limit on the number of media files you can select.

    The running time of the Playlist is displayed as you add or remove items.

  2. How often is new media published on the website?

    New media content is released frequently onto this website. All registered users are emailed as new media becomes available. Please remember to visit this website at regular intervals to ensure that your playlist remains fresh, seasonal and topical.

  6. How do I register an additional user for my practice?

    To register another user in your practice, please contact our team by emailing info@thevetchannel.co.uk or by calling us on 0114 399 0001

    We can also offer training to this new user. There is no limit to the number of users you have giving them access your account.

  7. How do I edit my profile?

    To make changes to your Account Profile click on My Account on the toolbar,

    then click on Edit Profile.  When you have amended your profile, click Update Profile.

  8. How can I make changes to my surgery information video which appears in my playlist?

    To request any changes, click on the ‘My Media’ video category, select you ‘Practice Information’ video then click ‘Request Amendments’. Enter any changes you would like us to make, email or upload any photos that you would like including in this video.

    You will be notified by email when your new practice video has been updated and is ready for you to proof.

    The Media Support Team are available by calling 0114 399 0001: 
    9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday 
    9:00am - 4:30pm Friday.

    You will need to register before you can change your playlist. If this has not already been completed, please call 0114 399 0011 to enable our team to complete your registration.
